Terms of Service
These terms set the ground rules for using NovaCraft. We want the network to stay fun, fair, and safe for everyone.
1. Accepting these terms
By visiting novacraft.host, connecting to a NovaCraft Minecraft server, or using a NovaCraft account or community feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or servers.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use NovaCraft.
2. Community rules
When using NovaCraft, you may not:
- Harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against, or dox anyone.
- Share sexual, hateful, graphic, illegal, or otherwise unsafe content.
- Cheat, use hacked clients, exploit bugs, duplicate items, or use automation that creates an unfair advantage.
- Scam, impersonate others, send malicious links, or attempt to compromise another person's account or device.
- Intentionally disrupt the servers, evade moderation, or encourage others to break these rules.
Individual minigames may have additional rules shown in-game or in the NovaCraft Discord.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the Minecraft, Microsoft, and NovaCraft accounts you use and for keeping their credentials secure. You must use a legitimate copy of Minecraft and may not access another person's account without permission.
Usernames and other profile information supplied by Minecraft may be visible to other players as part of normal gameplay.
4. Worlds, progress, and virtual items
Islands, worlds, inventories, statistics, ranks, and other in-game progress are features of the NovaCraft service. They have no guaranteed real-world value and do not give you ownership of server data.
We may balance, repair, migrate, roll back, reset, or remove game data when reasonably necessary to maintain the network, address abuse, or update a minigame. We will try to communicate significant planned changes when practical.
5. Your content
You keep any rights you have in original builds, messages, or other content you create. You give NovaCraft permission to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, promote, protect, and improve the community.
Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for what you share through NovaCraft.
6. Moderation and enforcement
To protect the community, NovaCraft may review relevant gameplay, chat, account, and technical records and may warn, mute, remove, suspend, or permanently ban users who break these terms or create a safety or security risk.
Enforcement depends on the situation and may happen without advance notice. You can ask about or appeal a moderation decision through the NovaCraft Discord.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep NovaCraft available around the clock, but access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, security events, software updates, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt the website or servers.
We may add, change, or retire features, minigames, supported Minecraft versions, server addresses, or other parts of NovaCraft.
8. Minecraft and third-party services
NovaCraft is an independent community server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Your use of Minecraft and related accounts is also subject to the Minecraft EULA, the Minecraft Usage Guidelines, and any applicable Microsoft terms.
Third-party platforms and links have their own terms and practices, and NovaCraft is not responsible for services it does not control.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
NovaCraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or the permanent preservation of game data.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NovaCraft and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as NovaCraft changes. The date at the top will show when the latest version took effect. Continuing to use NovaCraft after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the NovaCraft Discord.
